These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ASR Sports Therapy website and services. By booking an appointment or using our site, you agree to the following:

1. Services

ASR Sports Therapy provides sports therapy, rehabilitation, and related treatments. All sessions are delivered by a qualified and insured Sports Therapist (MSST registered).

2. Medical Disclaimer

• Services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a doctor or other regulated healthcare professional.

• If you have an existing or suspected medical condition, you should consult your GP or specialist before beginning therapy.

• You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date health information prior to treatment.

• By booking, you confirm that you understand the scope of sports therapy and that you will seek medical advice where appropriate.

• Therapy and rehabilitation services are intended to support recovery, mobility, and well-being, but do not replace medical treatment.

3. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by email.

• A confirmation will be sent once your booking is accepted.

• Payment is due at the time of booking or on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with the full fee still applicable.

5. Fees & Payments

• Current pricing is listed on our website.

• Payment methods include [cash, card, or secure online payment].

• Block sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe and are non-refundable.

6. Liability

• While every effort is made to provide safe and effective treatment, results may vary.

• ASR Sports Therapy accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from treatment, except in cases of proven negligence.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• All personal and medical information provided is kept strictly confidential.

• Data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.

8. Minors

• Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must provide consent for treatment.

9. Website Use

11. Governing Law
